Local browser storage

The launcher may store a compressed archive in OPFS, preferences such as FPS limit and touch-control mode, and browser-side save data where supported. These items are associated with this site origin and are intended to remain on your device.

OPFS and cache behavior

OPFS is private browser storage used so a large authorized archive can be reused after the first successful download. Clearing site data can remove the cache and require another download.

Network requests

The site is hosted through GitHub Pages and can use a Cloudflare-based asset proxy. Hosting and proxy providers may process normal request information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps and requested paths as part of operating their infrastructure.

Accounts

The project does not require a GTA III Browser account and does not ask for game-store passwords, payment-card details or unrelated account credentials.

Your controls

You can remove stored site data through browser settings and change local player preferences through the interface. Removing all site data can erase cached files and preferences.
